Job Overview We are looking for a Technical Sr. Manager to lead the planning, creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of B.Tech and technology programs for emerging professionals across digital and blended formats. The role requires robust academic leadership, curriculum and assessment expertise, delivery management, and proven EdTech experience.

The ideal candidate will work with faculty, SMEs, instructional design teams, program managers, university partners, and industry stakeholders to deliver high-quality, industry-aligned programs that drive strong learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end academic and program delivery for B.Tech and technology programs for emerging professionals, including program creation, academic planning, curriculum development, and continuous improvement aligned with industry and learner needs. Design, review, and continuously enhance curriculum, learning outcomes, assessments, projects, and assessment frameworks to ensure academic rigor and alignment with program objectives and industry expectations. Collaborate with SMEs, faculty, instructional designers, program managers, Learning Operations teams, and university/technology/industry partners to create, customize, and deliver high-quality technology programs.

Drive learner engagement and outcomes by ensuring quality and consistency across cohorts and platforms, while continuously improving learner performance, NPS, completion rates,



and overall learning experience; mentor academic and delivery teams on pedagogy and best practices. Manage key academic and external stakeholders, ensure effective communication and timely execution, and stay updated on trends in technology education, digital pedagogy, emerging technologies, and EdTech innovations.

Required

Experience, Skills, Qualifications 12+ years of relevant experience in EdTech, higher education, academic delivery, program management, or technology-focused learning, with prior EdTech experience mandatory.

Experience in B.Tech, technology, professional, or emerging skills programs, with strong expertise in academic planning, curriculum design, assessment frameworks, and program delivery. Proven stakeholder management experience across universities, faculty, SMEs, industry partners, enterprise stakeholders, and external academic partners, including program creation and management.

Experience working with top universities, corporate learning programs, or industry-aligned education initiatives, with exposure to outcome-based education models and industry-aligned learning frameworks. Strong capabilities in academic governance, quality assurance, program management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programs from planning through execution.
