Role DescriptionWe are looking for motivated engineering graduates who want to begin their careers in enterprise technology, cloud, AI, and application consulting.

As a Technical Specialist , you will receive training and hands-on exposure to enterprise applications and technologies while working with experienced technical specialists.

You will gradually participate in real implementation, support, troubleshooting, upgrade, integration, cloud, and AI-related activities.

What You Will Work On

- Learn enterprise application and cloud technologies through structured training and hands-on assignments.
- Assist with application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Work with databases, APIs, integrations, Linux, and cloud environments.
- Participate in application implementation and upgrade activities.
- Investigate technical issues and document findings and resolutions.
- Support internal development, testing, proof-of-concept, and customer projects.
- Gain exposure to IBM Maximo, MREF/TRIRIGA, Red Hat OpenShift, AI, and automation technologies.




- Work with senior team members and progressively take ownership of assigned technical tasks.
- Participate in continuous learning, technical demonstrations, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or a related engineering discipline.
- Recent graduate / fresher.
- Basic understanding of programming, databases, operating systems, networking, or software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and willingness to investigate technical problems.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
- Genuine interest in building a career in enterprise applications, cloud, AI, automation, or technical consulting.

Good to Have — Not MandatoryAny exposure through college projects, internships, certifications, or self-learning in the following areas is helpful but not required:

- Java, Python, JavaScript, or another programming language
- SQL and relational databases
- Linux
- REST APIs
- Cloud platforms
- Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift

- Enterprise applications
