About the RoleJSR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager who can combine IT/technology knowledge with business development and sales expertise.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable technology solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new business opportunities for IT projects and technology solutions.
- Identify potential clients through field visits, online networking, cold calling, references, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations with prospective clients.
- Explain solutions and business benefits in a simple, client-friendly manner.
- Coordinate with technical/project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution approaches.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → requirement understanding → proposal → negotiation → closure → follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business owners, decision-makers, and IT heads.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.
- Maintain CRM/lead records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Explore opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional IT services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valuable IT knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of software, IT services, and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand business problems and connect them with suitable technology solutions.
- Confident in conducting both online and face-to-face client meetings.
- Strong sales, lead-generation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email, internet, CRM, and online meeting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with technical teams.

ExperienceExperience in IT sales / technical sales / software sales / IT business development is preferred. Candidates with experience selling ERP, CRM, AI solutions, software development, digital marketing, cybersecurity, cloud, or IT consulting services will be preferred.
