Technical Sales & Marketing Assistant / Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Conduct market research and customer visits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Promote Steel Shot, Steel Grit, Cut Wire Shot & Alloy Steel Castings.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and orders.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports and follow-up data.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Any Graduate.




- Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production background preferred.

Experience

- Assistant: 0–1 Years / Fresher
- Executive: 2–5 Years

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Good learning and convincing ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of industrial products will be an advantage.
