About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Technical Sales qualified who is keen to build a career in B2B technical and industrial sales.

The role involves visiting customer manufacturing facilities, understanding technical and production requirements, introducing suitable products and solutions, supporting product trials and demonstrations, and developing long-term customer relationships. This is a field-oriented role requiring good technical understanding, strong communication skills, and an interest in machinery, manufacturing processes, and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their manufacturing processes, technical requirements, and challenges.
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities within the Mumbai market.
- Build and maintain relationships with production, quality, procurement, engineering, and other relevant customer teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations with support from the technical team.
- Coordinate and support customer product trials, implementation, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries,



and support the sales process from lead generation to order closure.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, enquiry status, and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Keep track of market developments, customer requirements, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.
- 1–6 years of experience (must be less than 7 years) in technical sales, industrial sales, engineering, machinery, manufacturing, OEM, or related B2B sectors.
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai and have good knowledge of the Mumbai industrial market.
- Strong interest in technical sales, machinery, manufacturing processes, and industrial products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions clearly to customers.
- Comfortable with customer meetings, field visits, and regular travel within Mumbai.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn technical products and solution-based selling.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
