We are recruiting a strong technical ,business-minded engineer to join our team to help support our rapidly growing business in India by assisting our Sales Director in providing qualified sales experience and helping in succeeding as a team. You will work within the Sales team to discover, establish, and qualify sales and partnership opportunities for research, commercial, industrial, and education applications. You will drive product awareness and demand generation, and work cross-functionally with the Engineering team to assist customers and answer questions.

Responsibilities

- Seek out new sales opportunities and generate sales leads and achieve targets
- Demonstrate products to potential customers
- Provide pre/post-sales technical support (remotely/on site)




- Provide customer support and regular training and help the team to succeed
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals.
- Identify new opportunities and develop account/application intelligence.
- Represent at tradeshow all over India
- Assist in producing marketing and support materials

Qualifications and Skills

•Bachelor degree or higher in electrical/electronic engineering with strong technical knowledge on electrical and electronics concepts
- Optoelectronics, Quantum physics, Electrical engineering, Biomedical optics, and test and measurement instrumentation background preferred
- Open to graduate with research/ lab experience
- Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Effective communication skills and fluent English speaking and writing
- Preferable software experience, Python/LabVIEW / MATLAB / FPGA / VHDL
- Willingness to travel, around 60%
