WE’RE HIRING | SALES ENGINEER – HVAC / BMS / INSTRUMENTATION

Omicron Sensing is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to join our team and help expand our presence in the HVAC, BMS, and Industrial Instrumentation market.

Job Profile

- Drive sales and develop new business accounts for Omicron’s instrumentation product range, including Pressure, Temperature, Level, HVAC/BMS, Air Quality, and Water Quality Sensors.
- Identify and build strong relationships with HVAC & BMS consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users.
- Develop new business opportunities and achieve consistent sales growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to strategically position our products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, negotiations,



and order closures.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and participate in industry events.
- Represent Omicron at exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events.

Requirements

- BE/BTech or Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the HVAC and/or BMS industry.
- Proven experience in selling instrumentation and sensors.
- Strong business development and customer relationship skills.
