Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate technical solutions, developing business opportunities, and supporting the sales process.

The role is suitable for candidates with experience in technical sales, engineering sales, B2B sales, industrial products, equipment, machinery, technology, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and proposals.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and operations teams.
- Follow up with leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Provide basic technical information and product support to customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.




- Work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Good understanding of technical products and solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
