A Technical Sales Engineer for EV Chargers bridges the gap between complex electrical engineering and business development by promoting, explaining, and selling electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure to clients.Key Responsibilities

- Technical Consultation: Assess client electrical capacity, site layouts, and power requirements to recommend appropriate AC or DC quick-charging solutions. [1]

- Product Demonstrations: Conduct technical presentations, live demos, and webinars explaining charging speeds, smart connectivity, and safety standards. [1]

- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and tender responses aligned with commercial and utility electrical standards. [1, 2]

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D;, installation, and after-sales service teams to ensure seamless project execution and site commissioning. [1, 2]

- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, government EV policies, subsidies, and evolving industry standards (such as CCS, CHAdeMO, or Bharat standards). [1]





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. [1]

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, field application engineering, or business development within the renewable energy, power electronics, or EV infrastructure sector. [1, 2]

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of commercial electrical systems, power distribution, grid integration, and EV charger architecture. [1, 2]

- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex specifications into simple, customer-friendly terms, alongside proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
