Required Skills
- Canada/US IT Recruitment experience preferred .
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA, and other IT skill sets .
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment .
- Implementation client experience is highly preferred.
