Role: IT Recruiter/ Non IT Recruiter Job Location: Goregaon East - 400067 and Kandivali East - 400101 Experience Required: 0-2 Years Max Salary: 15k to 25k NTH + Incentives (depending on Interview) Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Apnajobs, etc) and other platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future requirements. Qualification: For IT Recruiter - BSc IT, BCA, B.TECH/B.E Computer Sci For Non IT - any Graduate with positive score.
