nWe are seeking a Technical Program/project Manager to lead large-scale technical programs across Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams. The role will focus heavily on AWS, data engineering platforms, cloud technologies, and customer-facing technology initiatives in an enterprise environment.

nThe ideal candidate comes from a product-based, fintech, credit, financial services, or data-driven organization and has experience managing complex programs across distributed teams and geographies.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies.
n
- Drive programs involving AWS, data platforms, cloud, APIs, and microservices .
n
- Manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
n
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
n
- Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks,



and outcomes.
n
- Drive Agile execution, program governance, and delivery tracking.
n
- Coordinate global/onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and partners.
n
- Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

nMust-Haves

n

n
- 4+ years of Technical Program Management or similar experience.
n
- Experience in enterprise/large-scale environments .
n
- Experience delivering data-driven platforms or data engineering programs .
n
- Strong exposure to AWS/cloud platforms .
n
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts.
n
- Strong Agile/Scrum and cross-functional leadership experience.
n
- Product-based, fintech, credit, financial services, or data-driven company background strongly required.
n
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
