Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from clients and the internal team.
Search for suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other sources.
Call candidates and explain job opportunities to them.
Screen candidates based on their skills, experience, and interest.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.
Required Skills:
Candidates with 03 years of experience in recruitment may apply.
12th pass/Graduate Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
