Job Title: Cafe Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe Staff member to handle day-to-day cafe operations, assist customers, and maintain cleanliness and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
Serve food, beverages, tea, coffee, and other cafe items.
Handle billing, cash, UPI, and other payment methods.
Assist in basic food and beverage preparation when required.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, kitchen, and dining area.
Ensure proper presentation and timely serving of orders.
Refill ingredients, supplies, and other cafe items as needed.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.




Handle customer queries and provide positive customer service.
Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth cafe operations.
Support opening and closing activities of the cafe.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, hotel, or food service setting is preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
