Role & responsibilities
Drive strategic projects and ensure timely execution.
Track project progress, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.
Support strategic planning, decision-making, and business case development.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and project updates.
Identify risks/issues and drive resolution and improvement initiatives.
Ensure projects align with organizational goals and priorities.

Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of experience in PMO / Project or Program Management / Strategy
Experience managing strategic and cross-functional projects
Solid exposure to KPI tracking, business performance, and management reporting
Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and decision support
Robust stakeholder management and senior-level presentation skills
Experience in business case development and project governance
Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
MBA preferred; candidates from Strategy, Consulting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Technology backgrounds can be considered.
