We are looking for candidate who has robust expertise in recruitment of IT/Non IT & willing to learn the entire the Recruitment process.
Role & responsibilities
Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using job portals Naukri, social media, and internal databases.
Screening: Review resumes, evaluate core skills and cultural fit, and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and department managers.
Negotiation: Discuss compensation packages, job expectations, and advantages with selected applicants.
Pipeline Management: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR database updated with accurate candidate records.
Preferred candidate profile
Fresher or 0 - 1 Year Exp in Recruitment
Positive Communication
Speaking Malayalam will be added advantage
