Role & responsibilities
mechanical maintenance and engineering operations for API manufacturing and utility systems.
Ensure maximum equipment uptime through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices.
Manage reactors, centrifuges, dryers, boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, and other critical plant equipment.
Drive TPM, reliability improvement, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, statutory requirements, and regulatory audit standards.
Lead plant expansion, equipment installation, qualification, and engineering project execution activities.
Optimize maintenance costs, spare parts management, utility consumption, and energy efficiency programs.
Develop and lead engineering teams while coordinating with Production, QA, QC, Projects, and EHS functions for smooth plant operations.
