Hands on experience with Rockwell (Allen Bradley) PLC / Siemens PLC
Robust knowledge of PLC programming languages, including ladder logic and structured text
Experience with Rockwell PLC's and integration with another make PLC as well.
Perform PLC programming, HMI development, and troubleshooting for systems including Allen Bradley/Rockwell platforms or Siemens PLC.
Ensure integration of batch control systems (e.g., Factory Talk Batch) with field devices and SCADA.
Review and optimize P&IDs;, wiring diagrams, and control logic to ensure operational readiness.
Provide in office technical support to ensure timely issue resolution and commissioning milestones.
Maintain documentation for troubleshooting logs, changes in control logic, and commissioning checklists
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with foreign clients.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
Knowledge of IOT , SQL or other digitization tools is a plus.
Should take ownership of the project .
Communicate with client to freeze the project requirements.
Evaluate Vendor Quotations and drawings.
