End-to-end HR from recruitment, onboarding process; employee engagement, performance management, payroll and compliance
Administer & maintain employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations.
Handle employee grievances.
Required Candidate profile
2+ years experience as HR Generalist / HR Executive.
Must be able to independently handle HR & deliver best practices.
Excellent communication skills.
