Group Business Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing, driving, and managing high-level strategic initiatives for the company's group insurance portfolio, covering group term life, gratuity, and superannuation schemes
Strategic Planning: Formulate medium- and long-term growth roadmaps for group business segments.
P&L; Co-ownership: Partner with business heads to track financial performance, manage budgeting, and implement risk-mitigation or course-correction levers.
Market & Data Analytics: Evaluate industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory updates to identify recent product or segment prospects.
Performance Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze management information systems (MIS) data, and drive periodic reviews with senior leadership
Preferred candidate profile
MBA with 7+ years experience in similar role
