Position Details :
Job Title: Scrum Master
Experience Required: 4 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
Sprint Facilitation: Collaborate with technical leads to plan sprints, align timelines, and manage Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment).
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with architects, fullstack engineers, QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure absolute delivery alignment.
Agile Metrics Tracking: Monitor and interpret key performance metricsincluding velocity, burndown charts, and flow efficiencyto drive continuous improvement.
Risk & Dependency Management: Read, interpret, and manage technical task breakdowns, estimations, dependencies, and risks.
Process Advocacy: Promote Agile engineering practices and awareness of technical craftsmanship principles like clean code, maintainability, testing approaches, and system stability.

Role Requirements:

Must-Have Technical Skills & Qualifications :




SDLC Knowledge: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and common engineering workflows.
Technology Familiarity: General awareness of web, mobile, and desktop application technologies (e.g., Angular, C#, .NET, WPF).
DevOps & Backlog Tools: Practical experience with DevOps tools, workflows (CI/CD), and backlog management tools (specifically Jira or Azure Boards).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to interact effectively with customers, stakeholders, and technical staff.

Nice-to-Have Skills :
Technical Concepts: Basic understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and system integration concepts to boost crossfunctional collaboration.
Methodologies: Familiarity with the Secure Agile methodology.
