JOB DESCRIPTION Team Leader (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for managing the team and ensuring production and quality targets are met. Identify issues proactively, enhance team capability, maintain accountability of team members, support client communication, and ensure a thorough understanding of all production processes.

Production monitoring and continuity
Review production and quality reports
Lead daily standing meetings and provide solutions
Work allocation and workload management
Issue identification and escalation management
Quality assurance ownership
Communication with leadership and stakeholders
Month-end reporting and closure activities

Eligibility Criteria

Experience Range: 8+ years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Current Designation: Assistant Team Leader (ATL) or Lead Associate (LA).
