We are looking for a seasoned AM HR Officer to manage core HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes at 3IDEA Technology. The role will focus on employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation.

What youll do
Key Responsibilities:
1.
HR Operations
Manage complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities)
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMIS
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data
2.
Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate and validate monthly payroll inputs
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
Liaise with consultants/auditors for compliance and legal matters
Stay updated with labor laws and ensure adherence
3.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Drive engagement initiatives and maintain positive work culture
Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction activities
4.
Performance Management
Manage performance appraisal cycles (KRA/KPI tracking)




Support managers in performance reviews and feedback processes
5.
Policy & Process Implementation
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
Ensure company-wide compliance with HR policies
Support audits (internal & external HR audits)
6.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate L&D; initiatives
Maintain training records and effectiveness reports

Experience with HRMS tools (Zoho HRMS preferred)
