Key Responsibilities
Drive architectural design for premium residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and faade teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent.
Review and approve detailed drawings, GFCs, and shop drawings.
Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory regulations, and sustainability standards.
Manage design consultants and vendors for timely deliverables.
Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
Promote innovation in design aesthetics,
functionality, and cost optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors/Master’s in Architecture from a reputed institute.
Robust portfolio showcasing high-rise and luxury projects.
Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM workflows.
Excellent understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
Robust coordination and communication skills for multi-disciplinary collaboration.
Preferred
Experience in large-scale real estate projects.
Knowledge of green building norms and certifications (IGBC/LEED).
