Role & responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and internal communications.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects.
• Handle end-to-end video editing, including footage selection, sequencing, sound sync, color correction, and final
exports.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand briefs and deliver videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Use AI-powered tools and workflows to improve ideation, production speed, editing, and creative output.
• Maintain consistency in visual quality, storytelling, branding, and turnaround timelines across projects.
• Organize project files, source assets, templates, and final deliverables efficiently

Preferred candidate profile
3 - 7 years of relevant experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or a similar creative role
Robust proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects




Hands-on experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics
Valuable knowledge of 2D Animation, Visual Effects, Transitions, and Typography
Strong understanding of Visual Storytelling, Composition, Timing, and Pacing
Experience with AI-powered video production and AI-assisted creative tools
Knowledge of AI Video Generation and Generative AI tools
Basic understanding of Color Correction, Color Grading, and Sound Design
Experience creating Reels, Shorts, Social Media Videos, Digital Ads, and Marketing Content
Robust creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to understand creative briefs and deliver projects independently
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Portfolio/Showreel of video editing and motion graphics work is an added advantage
Strong communication and collaboration skills
