Key Responsibility
Operationa Monitor kiln temperature profile and coal injection Control kiln RPM, feed rate, air settings Monitor accretion build up and take preventive action .
Maintain day bin stock levels.
RCA for breakdown and quality issues.
Coordinate with RMHS and Stores.
Manage DRI dispatch to BF & SMS
By-product handling (char, dolochar)
Ensure safety during shutdown and refractory jobs
