Sr. Executive - Business Development

Roles and Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end business development by managing inbound leads and identifying recent business opportunities across global markets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to drive long-term client partnerships.
Lead sales discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value research engagements to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare customized proposals, client presentations, and commercial quotations aligned with client requirements.
Respond to client queries and coordinate with internal research teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and project requirements.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account growth and customer lifetime value.
Mentor and support junior Client Relations Executives by providing guidance on lead handling, sales strategies, and client communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and improve the overall sales process.




Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3 years to 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Relations, or a similar role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
Robust experience in client relationship management, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring junior team members and managing sales pipelines.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
