Experience Level: 8+ Years

Position Summary

We are seeking a certified SAFe Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams within a scaled enterprise workplace. You will facilitate Scaled Agile Framework (Secure) ceremonies, eliminate blockers, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Ceremony Facilitation: Lead PI Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, and Retrospectives.
Team Coaching: Empower cross-functional teams to self-organize, manage backlogs, and improve delivery velocity.
Blocker Removal: Identify, track, and eliminate team impediments and external dependencies.
Enterprise Alignment: Coordinate with RTEs and Product Owners to align team deliverables with the Agile Release Train (ART).

Key Requirements
Certification: Active SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).
Experience: 3+ years of dedicated Scrum Master experience in a Protected environment.
Tools: Proficiency in Agile management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
