About the Role:
We are looking for Medical Representatives to manage and grow field sales in North Chennai, South Chennai and Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for servicing our existing base of 200+ clients, promoting our products, and identifying current business opportunities in the assigned area. This is a field sales role that requires regular travel within the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and maintain relationships with our existing base clients in the assigned area
Promote and drive sales of company products among existing and prospective clients
Identify, approach,
and onboard current business clients to expand the customer base
Explain product details, benefits, and usage clearly to doctors, pharmacists, retailers, and other stakeholders
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory
Negotiate orders and terms with clients to close sales effectively
Handle client queries and provide ongoing support
Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and client feedback, and submit regular reports to the reporting manager
Stay updated on company products as well as competitor offerings in the market
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant field sales experience are also encouraged to apply
Graduate in B.Pharm or any medical/pharmaceutical-related field preferred; BBA in Marketing also considered
Good negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field visits
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
