We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos T24 (Transact) Retail Banking and hands-on experience working with Arrangement Architecture (AA). The role focuses on requirements gathering, solution design, and process automation within core banking operations.
Responsibilities
Gather and translate business requirements for T24 AA banking modules (Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments, FT, Customer).
Perform gap analysis, prepare BRDs/FSDs, and support solution design with T24 functional teams.
Collaborate with AA developers to define automation use cases and validate bot workflows.
Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and production rollout.
Partner with business stakeholders and operations teams to streamline and automate processes.
Ensure documentation, compliance, and adherence to T24 best practices.
Required Skills
8+ years of T24 experience
Solid functional knowledge of Temenos T24 AA Banking modules.
Ability to write explicit requirements, user stories, and test scenarios.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile delivery settings.
