Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations
Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure optimum uptime of foundry equipment including:
Induction Furnaces and its cooling system
Sand Plant Equipment like shake out, pneumatic conveying systems, sand cooler, Mechanical Reclamation System (MRS), Thermal Reclamation System (TRS)
Quick Loop Line Machines (Transfer cars, roll over, stripping device, powerized roller conveyors, mould curing oven, mould coating station, shake out, mould pusher)
Sand continuous mixers
Shot Blasting Machines
Dust Collection Systems
Screw Compressors
Material Handling Equipment like EOT cranes, Jib Cranes, Gantry / Goliath cranes, under slung cranes
Cooling Towers and Pumps
Fettling and grinding equipment like Versatile shaft grinders, Die grinders, pedestal grinders
HT & LT switch gears like VCB, ACB, MCCB, MCB, Contactors




Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain maintenance history records and equipment performance data.

Breakdown Management
Attend critical equipment breakdowns and restore equipment in minimum time.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
Coordinate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities.

Utility & Infrastructure Maintenance
Ensure reliable operation of utilities such as:
Electrical Distribution Systems
DG Sets
Air Compressors
Cooling Water Systems
Weigh bridge system
Monitor utility consumpti
