Role & Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Share package details, itineraries, quotations, and hotel information.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the booking process.
Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth booking execution.
Maintain enquiry and booking details in the company system.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Fluent in Tamil and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
Comfortable making calls and handling customer follow-ups.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
Travel industry or sales experience is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills and interest in travel can also apply.
Should be target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
