Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
Coordinate with management, clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.
Budget & Resource Management
Prepare and monitor project budgets.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and other resources.
Track project expenses and identify potential cost overruns.
Coordinate resource requirements with relevant departments.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.




Track and resolve project issues and dependencies.
Escalate critical concerns to management when required.
Ensure appropriate contingency plans are in place.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards.
Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Conduct periodic reviews to identify gaps and improvement areas.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress against timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
Prepare project status reports for management.
Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.
Conduct post-project reviews and document learnings.
Project Closure
Ensure all project deliverables are completed and handed over.
Obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs.
Close project documentation and budgets.
Conduct a final project review and capture lessons learned.
