- We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle preventive maintenance, breakdown calls, instrument installation, customer support and service-related activities.
- Key Responsibilities
Ensure preventive maintenance of instruments.
Attend and resolve breakdown/service calls.
Install instruments and provide training to customers.
Provide application support to customers.
Refurbish instruments in the assigned territory.
Maintain records of spares and ensure timely dispatch to HO.
Promote AMC/CMC, contracts, QC and consumables.
Achieve individual service and revenue targets.
Ensure timely follow-up for outstanding payments.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
Support effective first-time resolution of breakdowns.
