Role Overview
The Manager – Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to physical infrastructure projects, from school selection through project completion. The role involves project management, documentation, project tracking, stakeholder coordination and ensuring timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the complete school selection and due-diligence process.
Review school requests and ensure documentation is complete.
Coordinate field visits, engineering visits and legal documentation.
Coordinate project planning,
preparedness and progress updates with the Engineering team.
Maintain project directories, records and digital documentation.
Track project progress against approved timelines and milestones.
Coordinate with Engineering teams, Project Champions and other stakeholders.
Monitor milestones and escalate project risks.
Coordinate Bhoomi Pooja, inauguration, handover and project closure documentation.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports.
Maintain project trackers and operational updates.
Ensure adherence to templates, checklists and SOPs.
Support automation, standardization and process improvement initiatives.
