We are seeking an 8 - 10 years experienced Scrum Master to support and govern two Agile engineering pods delivering C#, .NET, React, and Cloud-based applications . The Scrum Master will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering teams, Technical Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
Skill
Solid experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
Hands-on experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
Solid understanding of Scrum, and Agile frameworks.
Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in software development projects involving:
C#
.NET Core
React
Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Robust risk management and dependency tracking capabilities.
