Eligibility: Only Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology candidates are eligible. B.Tech and candidates with other educational qualifications are not eligible.

Experince - 0 to 2 Years

Education- Diploma in Chemical or Food Technology

Job Purpose :

To safely and efficiently execute batch manufacturing activities as per approved SOP, process parameters, food safety requirements, and quality standards, ensuring right-first-time production, accurate documentation, and timely batch completion.
Execute batch manufacturing as per approved SOPs, process parameters and production plans.
Handle raw material identification, weighing, charging, mixing, heating, processing and packaging.
Follow GMP, HACCP, CCP/OPRP, FDA, AIB,



food safety and contamination-control requirements.
Ensure accurate BMR, in-process checks, CCP records and complete production documentation.
Perform cleaning, sanitation and CIP activities as per SOPs.
Follow FIFO/FEFO, material traceability and protected material-handling practices.
Operate equipment safely after required training and report abnormalities/deviations immediately.
Maintain PPE, 5S, housekeeping and TPM standards on the shop floor.
Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning and Shift In-charge for smooth production.
Ensure safety, quality, compliance and right-first-time batch execution.
