Role & responsibilities
Manage and supervise hotel operations during the assigned shift.
Oversee smooth check-in, check-out and guest services.
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance and other departments.
Monitor room readiness, VIP arrivals, special requests and guest requirements.
Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain operational records.
Support the Front Office team in maintaining service standards.
Take charge of the hotel in the absence of senior management, as required.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures and guest service standards.
