Job Summary
We are looking for a CA Fresher to join our MEQ / Business Credit team in Delhi. The role involves financial analysis, credit assessment, business evaluation, MIS, and supporting credit decisions for business/SME customers. Solid MS Excel skills and analytical ability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements of business/SME customers.
Conduct financial and credit analysis to support lending decisions.
Evaluate profitability, cash flows, leverage and repayment capacity.
Prepare credit assessment reports and financial analysis for loan proposals.
Perform ratio, trend and variance analysis.
Prepare MIS, dashboards and reports using MS Excel.
Work on financial models and large datasets.
Coordinate with Business, Credit and Operations teams for financial information and documentation.
Support portfolio monitoring and credit/risk assessment.
Required Skills
CA Fresher / Chartered Accountant
Robust knowledge of financial statements and accounting
Good understanding of credit and financial analysis
Hands-on expertise in MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, data analysis, dashboards, etc.
Robust analytical and numerical skills
Good understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
Good communication and attention to detail
Exposure to NBFC / SME / Business Lending will be an advantage
