Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Thane.
The specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms to strengthen BIE's brand and engage prospective students, alumni, and partners.
Daily tasks include creating and publishing posts, stories, and short-form videos; managing content calendars; monitoring trends; and coordinating with internal teams to showcase events, programs, and success stories.
The role involves tracking performance metrics, analyzing audience insights, and recommending improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
The specialist will collaborate with marketing and academic teams, respond to community interactions, and ensure consistent, inclusive messaging aligned with BIE's mission.

Qualifications : -
Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.




Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content for multiple platforms.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and audience-centric messaging.
Candidates should possess the ability to analyze social media metrics, use basic analytics tools, and apply data-driven insights to optimize performance.
Candidates should possess familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), including features, best practices, and emerging trends.
Candidates should possess solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage content calendars and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Relevant experience in education, entrepreneurship, or startup ecosystems is beneficial, along with a bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
