Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager with strong experience in the apparel/garment industry. The candidate should be capable of independently managing warehouse operations, manpower, stock movement, dispatches and inventory while taking quick and appropriate decisions under work pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle receiving, inward, storage, picking, packing, scanning and dispatch of garments.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Ensure proper SKU, size, colour, style and quantity-wise stock management.
Monitor inward and outward stock and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Manage warehouse staff, assign daily work and monitor productivity.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Accounts and Management teams.
Ensure timely dispatch of customer and branch requirements.
Handle stock discrepancies, shortages, excess stock and damaged goods.
Maintain proper warehouse discipline, housekeeping and safety standards.
Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports.
Take quick decisions and resolve operational issues independently.
Handle high workload and pressure during peak seasons and urgent dispatch requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and system/ERP entries.
Required Skills
