Responsibilities
Monitor and control production activities during the assigned shift.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Supervise machine operators, technicians, and production staff.
Maintain product quality standards and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance departments for issue resolution.
Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and maintain shift reports, production records, and downtime logs.
Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
Manage manpower allocation and shift scheduling.
Conduct shift handovers and communicate operational updates effectively.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
