We are looking for an experienced V&V; (Verification & Validation) Manager to lead our verification and validation activities across hardware, electronics, embedded systems, firmware and integrated products.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in V&V;, electronics testing, embedded systems or hardware/software integration
Solid understanding of electronics testing, PCB validation and hardware debugging
Experience with test automation frameworks and test equipment
Knowledge of EMI/EMC, RF, environmental and reliability testing
Robust leadership, communication and project-management skills
Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
Lead continuous improvement and adoption of up-to-date testing approaches, including AI-assisted testing and IoT/edge-device validation
Ensure applicable regulatory and product compliance requirements are met

Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases and schedules
Oversee functional, performance, stress, regression, reliability, EMI/EMC, RF and environmental testing
Drive test automation for hardware and embedded systems
Ensure requirements traceability and product validation throughout the lifecycle
Review test results, defect reports and release-readiness documentation
Coordinate with Hardware, Firmware, Software, Systems Engineering and Product teams. Manage V&V; resources, laboratories, equipment and project schedules. Drive root-cause analysis and corrective-action verification
