We are looking for a skilled skilled with 3 to 5 years of experience in team leading, preferably in the agency vertical within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in general insurance and be based in the city.

Roles and Responsibility
Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in team leading, preferably in the agency vertical within the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of general insurance products and services.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
