TECHNICAL SKILLS:
A deep understanding of both ASO and BSO cube design, optimization, and MDX.
Proficiency with tools like Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for complex integrations with source systems like Oracle EBS
Experience with business rules, calculation scripts, web forms, and SmartView.
Expertise in understanding the business requirements and configure the systems accordingly.
Valuable communication skills
Experience with other Oracle EPM Cloud products.
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for advanced data manipulation and reporting.
Experience with system upgrades or migrations.

Analyze and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner within the given stipulated SLA
Coordination between Functional and Technical teams
Maintenance of support documents
Discuss with business users for recent requirements and understand the issue or gap
