Project Manager

Location: Sector 90, Noida

Experience: 8 - 14 Years

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Project Planning & Execution across interior, retail, and residential projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
Oversee Interior Fitout and Retail Fitout projects from concept stage to final handover, maintaining design intent and finish quality throughout
Manage Residential Projects with close attention to client expectations, scope control, and delivery schedules
Coordinate MEP and HVAC works, liaising with specialist subcontractors to ensure seamless integration with fitout activities
Supervise Painting & Flooring execution, ensuring correct material application, surface preparation, and finish standards on site
Prepare and review BOM & BOQ, ensuring accurate material takeoffs, cost estimation, and procurement alignment
Enforce Material Quality Control at every stage from vendor supply to in office delivery and installation




Drive Site Management and day-to-day Site Coordination, resolving on-ground challenges proactively to keep projects on track
Lead Team Management across multi-disciplinary site teams, allocating responsibilities and maintaining productivity and accountability
Handle Vendor Management & Coordination sourcing, negotiating, scheduling, and monitoring vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle
