Job Location: Bangalore (work from office)
Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
Headhunting, outbound sourcing, and bulk hiring
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience
Salary negotiation and offer discussions
Maintaining recruitment tracker and ATS updates
Working closely with hiring managers and founders
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience
Experience in both tech and non-tech hiring (or strong exposure to either)
Good sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
Robust communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple roles with tight timelines
Startup experience is a plus
Good to Have
Experience hiring for early-stage or quick-growing startups
Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
