We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Supervisor with 2 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be below 40 years old.

Roles and Responsibility
Supervise pest control operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Coordinate with technicians to complete tasks on time and maintain high-quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential pest issues and implement preventive measures.
Develop and implement pest control strategies to minimize chemical use.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service integration.
Train and guide junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in pest control supervision or a related field.




Solid knowledge of pest behavior, ecology, and management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
