We are looking for a detail-oriented & responsible Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, maintain records, perform data entry, and ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and office software. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
Operate computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word
Maintain and update databases and files
Monitor system performance and report hardware/software issues
Take regular data backups and ensure data security
Print, scan, photocopy, and organize office documents
Coordinate with the IT team for system maintenance and troubleshooting
Ensure confidentiality of company information
Perform other administrative and office support tasks as assigned
Requirements
Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fast and accurate typing skills (30–40 WPM preferred
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
Familiarity with internet, email, and file management
Basic troubleshooting skills
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate
Experience: 2–5 years of experience
Candidate Location Preference: Candidates from Zirakpur, Barwala, Derabassi
