Business skill
Valuable understanding of Banking and Financial Services domain
Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and workflows
Experience in requirements analysis and impact assessment
Ability to collaborate with Stake Holders
Experience in defect triage, release validation, and UAT support

Technical Skill
Robust hands-on experience in BR.NET application testing and support
Expertise in Functional, System, Integration, and Regression Testing
Experience in Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management
Good understanding of SQL and database validation
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA)
Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman/SOAP UI
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology




Exposure to automation testing frameworks via Katalon is an added advantage
